I saw a Millenium Beacon on the way back from caravaning this weekend which seemed to fit the bill. This isn't the one as my husband wouldn't stop on a busy road but one like it.
I have the same trouble with cars and cameras - if I'm driving I can't take pics and if my hubby's driving, we are moving too fast... LOL I think I prefer your square meal - made me laugh more hur hur. Nice interpretation though.
On Millenium night beacons were lit in things like this all over the country and you can still see them. I admit I had to ask my husband what it was because I thought it looked like a crows nest.
Amazing the things I learn about on this blogiverse. Sure wish we had these millenium beacons, that would have been a nice display to see.
I recently bought a bicycle after noticing a couple bucycling on the trails in a park reverve with cameras. Much better than from a car. Except now, I need to get back into bicycle shape. oof!

Makes me want to shoot a basketball into it. I like the composition of this photo very much.
Wow. Very medieval looking. This is something we don't see in the U.S. What is a millennial beacon exactly?
Very cool picture, by the way, but I'm with Frances, your square meal on a round plate was the best!
