Two Things Order/Chaos

Today I went to buy a new bathroom carpet from Hessle Road, and, as the sun was shining, decided I would have a cider on the table outside the pub to enhance my enjoyment of the sun. Hessle Road is not an upmarket shopping area and two of the pub windows were boarded up and some wag had drawn a smiley face on one of them and written 'Shameless' on one of them (referring to a TV series about an underclass family). As I was sitting there with Scamp a bloke walked past, pointed at the windows and said 'Was that you?'. When I answered in the negative he said 'Well, quick smash one then, and then run away'.
A serious point can be made about inner cities and how some people try to preserve order (like the picture of the garden behind the fortress fence) in the midst of, if not chaos, then a certain amount of unruly behaviour.

Wow
I like those. And the insight into you. Seems like you look like a trouble-maker - good for you, is what I say!
I still remember you being mistaken for the wife of an old hippie...
I do prefer chaos myself - there always seems to be more space to escape in chaos - so not too good at keeping 'standards' myself. Once things are tidy, I get paralysed for fear of untidying them!
I thought you might do a before and after of the kitchen Tee Hee

Long live Hessle road! A traditional shopping area. Bev will remember a once vibrant (if a little colourful)area of Grimsby, namely the Freeman st/Oxford st area, which is largely boarded up now.
Order has its place but chaos rules. Entropy you know. I once tried to explain to my cleaner (in a halls of residence, I'm not posh) that my room was in its lowest energy state (entropy again). She told me to *@^$@*@%%%! Or something like that, she was Welsh. I think she liked me though because she used to sneak me a fried breakfast.
Sorry Bev, I ought to start my own blog, this is all very random!

I like these, Beverly.

I see a lot of order and chaos in my neighborhood, well more chaos than order, really. Me being the orderly one and the rest the chaos. I'm not sure why God put me here with them but I think it is to test my patience.

Well Frances, what with teaching and rocking and training and looking after my two little ones I dont have much time. What little I do have is spent reading Bevs work! I do think I might find it therapeutic though!

Bez, do it. I would find it most interesting. Could I ask you a few personal questions, or do you think this is too public a forum?
