Best Friends

Just going through my files to find a photo for the Two Things, and I came across this one, which I really love. It was Eleanor's birthday last year, and shows Eleanor and Holly.

Bev, a lot of times the google reader won't let me open your page and I get an error reporting. Today, for some reason, I didn't.

I just want to say thank you for all the good comments you always leave to my posts. I really appreciate them a lot. You always have smart remarks and observations.

It's a good picture of Eleanor and Holy. It shows happiness.

By the way, what would you have voted for in the poll?

Ah - lovely. Long may their friendship continue. I hope they will get through 14 and 15, if so, they will last forever. LOL

Sweet picture Bev.

I know you are busy but I know you like to remember your childhood too. I know you have some American readers. I'm sure, like me, they would find your tribute to Oliver Postgate, who died today, fascinating if you have the time to write it.

Hope you are well,

Bez

What?!

I don't usually write to order, but I may attempt a little something if you satisfy my curiosity as to the nature of your new job:)

If you haven't got time, you can just direct people to his blog. It is good reading BTW.

Ha! OK Bev. I'm working at John Leggott Sixth form college teaching biology related topics (anatomy, physiology, screening, immunity etc)to 16-19yr olds. Most of my work is on the Health and Social care course and most my pupils are girls. Is your curiosity satiated or would you like to know more :-).....?

Bez, I am glad you have found a job more to your suiting in Sunny Scunny, and I wish you well. You certainly look very well in the latest photos on your website!

However, I find it somewhat freaky and surreal 'talking' to you and don't know whether it is a good idea!

Everything is fine here, and my husband says he loved me last night, which is enough.

It's a very very good story my life so far.....:)

Bev,
what a wonderful thing to cherish is a secure and happy family. You've done so well with your family it makes me grin like a Cheshire cat. This is a surreal form of communication but I like keeping in touch :-)

Thanks Bez.

I wanted you know what had happened to me as you were so nice to me in the past but nevertheless I find comminicating with you freaky in the extreme, almost mindblowingly so.

You've got to admit our last meeting was a little on the freaky side too, Bez, you've got to admit it. I am not losing any threads here either. Admit it!!!

Bob, Bev and me grew up together and lost touch for a long time if that helps!

Bev,
it certainly was a shock seeing you when I played, must have reminded you of my poor mothers front room!

It was of course great to see you, weird yes, but great to know how well you are doing.

Like many others on your blog I like your writing style and I like to drop by, in the virtual sense, to see how you are doing.

Perhaps I will get around to one of my own, or maybe I should just update my myspace page!

Only a few more days at work before the holidays and I might not get many more chances to drop by so let me wish you, your family and your readers a happy Christmas and a fantastic New Year.
