Two Things Shapes/Textures

We were in Filey earlier this week (us on the pavement) and walked down this Victorian crescent, built when resorts like this were at their prime. You could just imagine the ladies promenading, their crinolines rustling.

Here is a picture of a ghostly Victorian lady in her silky dress and lacy bonnet (texture), set against the shapes of the buildings.

Very clever, Bev. I like how you take us for a stroll back in time.

Thank you for your tip about the opacity in a previous comment Andrea. I could try it with this one, but I am taking things slowly, as I have just got the hang of cutting and pasting.

This picture does have quite a comical look to it, with the Victorian lady pausing at the kerb and about to cross the road at a yellow line. I think it would look better blurred........lol

tee hee. I love the impression that the rest of the family is pressing on, ignoring the fragrant lady, while you stop to gaze at her.
Glad you are doing digital fiddling, it is so absorbing, isn't it?
