Two Things Alike/Alliteration

I feel I have to continue blogging as I am very pleased with the pictures I took on our trip to the North York Moors, and, as usual, nobody else is much interested in them lol

I thought this horsechestnut blossom looks a bit like an icecream, what with the fluffy white and the pink candy colouring.

nice one. Glad you took a pic of the horsechestnut. Ours was lovely and I kept thinking I should take a closeup of the flowers which were low enough for once...... now it isn't in bloom any more.
Well I thought your pictures of the North York moors were lovely.... and now you know how to use the camera we can actually see what the pictures are of! I used to like the blurry ones - a sort of surreal effect, but until you owned up, I just thought you had a poor scanner! LOL.
I would like CAPTIONs though - for extra info, says one who rarely remembers to say what her own pics are actually of! (if I even know)

I liked the original photo, but I suppose the colours show up more on this - interesting how similar the shape is.

Frances, glad I am keeping you amused.

Thought the shape of this one was a bit more ice-creamy.

I don't know why I am taking this so seriously lol

I suppose I couldn't have a bite of that ice cream, could I? Or wear those flowers braided in my (short) hair? Or only wear fig leaves and eat an ice cream while wearing blossoms in my hair? No, I suppose not. Darn!

Bev: Lovely pics from York and its surrounding environs. Thank you for sharing with us! And I like your interpretation of this past week's challenge, especially that cupcake like an ice cream. Makes me want cake. Mm.
