Social Workers

My Mum was going to write a vicious satire, positively Swiftian, on the subject of social workers but because she wants this to be a nice blog she is not going to do it.

Anyway slagging off social workers is a bit of a cliche.

For whatever reason she is not going to do it.

Couldn't you just be a bit horrible about them Eleanor's Mum? Give us a laugh, go on...
What about people who teach drugs awareness and sex education to teenagers? Do you think they are doing a good job?
My daughter has just been complaining about them. It sounds a bit like history used to be. You just keep repeating the same lessons from primary school until you are sick of it or stop listening. Except no handsome historical figures visit to tell you of their past adventures. (drugs, not sex - just in case you might be wondering)

At our school when we were given the talks by a very handsome bloke had a good line which was 'I don't need drugs to get high' which is great because it sort of implies that the people who don't take drugs are cool because they are adept in getting high in other ways, whatever they may be.

The problem is finding enough adults who are attractive enough to get the message over - lust is a good opener... tee hee...
